Kylie is a passionate strategic communicator with a background in agency and corporate marketing. She’s known for tackling both creative and analytical tasks with forward-drive and a can-do attitude. While outwardly a chatty conversationalist, people are often surprised to learn Kylie’s an introvert. She loves nothing more than a peaceful evening at home with her husband, daughter, and their rescue dog, Zuko. She also enjoys thrifting, sewing, weightlifting, and participating in all types of nerdy tomfoolery (including, but not limited to: a bi-weekly D&D campaign, Renaissance festivals, Comic Cons, video games, and reading way too many books about fantastical things).

- My favorite part of recruiting is: how filling each role is similar to solving a puzzle, where the right candidate is the perfect-sized puzzle piece. Very little thrills me more than solving a challenging problem!
