Originally planning to be a police officer after graduating from the police academy, Kevin stumbled across an opportunity to enter the sales world. In time, his sales career transitioned into recruiting when he began working at Aerotek. He learned a lot about business, recruiting, and how to navigate the talent acquisition landscape. He chose to come to The Bridger Group to pursue the chance to grow in his career and impact more companies on a larger scale.
