Business Development Manager

The Building Products Division of The Bridger Group is a highly specialized team of professionals dedicated to working with clients within the Residential and Commercial Building Products Industry. Our goal is building valuable partnerships between our clients and you, our candidates, to maximize your success with our client.  

The Bridger Group is partnered with a $450M HVAC/R Contractor in the USA, and they recently expanded their refrigeration business in Richmond, VA. They are looking for a Business Development Manager to call on end-users, engineers, and GC’s, selling new equipment as well as service agreements.

Requirements:  

- Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required  
- Must have HVAC/Refrigeration experience  
- Prior success selling service and maintenance agreements is preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years sales experience, including demonstrated success adding new customers to a company’s portfolio
