We are currently seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team in Grand Rapids, MI.

Responsibilities:

- Market top candidates to new and existing clients based on pre-determined needs
- Identify decision makers within organizations and leverage industry knowledge to secure job openings
- Call prospective clients to introduce them to The Bridger Group's service offerings
- Create and use marketing and voicemail scripts
- Create a consistent communication plan for developing client relationships while maintaining record of all communications
- Qualify potential clients through detailed interviewing to assess match with The Bridger Group

Requirements:  

- Bachelor’s degree required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Time management skills
- Self-Starting ability
- Highly Organized and Strategic thinker
- Phone Skill / Willingness to make high volumes of cold-calls
- Effective in-person and electronic communication ability
- High energy & ability to work on several projects simultaneously and methodically
